Equipment Breakdown coverage is provided through the attachment of a new “Equipment Breakdown Endorsement,” a copy of which will be sent to you upon renewal of your policy.

This additional coverage protects all of your important home systems and personal property in the event of a mechanical or electrical system breakdown. Best of all, this additional coverage follows the terms and conditions of your original homeowners insurance policy. With a $500 deductible and $50,000 worth of coverage per occurrence, you can rest easy knowing more of your home is now covered under our tree.

Also included is “Green Equipment Breakdown Coverage*,”
which covers additional costs incurred in repairing or replacing
damaged covered property with an alternative that is better
for the environment, safer and more efficient.
