Earlier this month, FICOH associates participated in National Walk at Lunch Day. Associates working in the office and from home put on their walking shoes and FICOH swag for brisk walks during their lunch breaks.
Did you know walking is one of the simplest, safest and most effective forms of exercise? In fact, walking at a pace of 3 mph can substantially reduce the risk of developing heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
