Receive your claim decision and look into estimates and repairs.
Your claims adjuster will contact you to investigate, verify your coverages, and guide you through the claims process. Please be available and ready to provide details in our investigation to expedite your claim. After your claim review, an estimate will be provided along with payment.
Wait for payment to be determined.
Your adjuster will review the estimate with you and provide you with repair cost details, including any deductibles or out-of-pocket expenses owed. Payment will be made via check.
