HONOLULU – First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. (FICOH) has hired Christina Griffin as the new manager of FiRMS Claims Services.
Established in 2013, FiRMS Claims Services provides clients with customized claims handling, employee safety, and cost-containment solutions. It is the only third-party administrator service provider in Hawaii backed by the strength of a full-service insurance carrier
Griffin has more than 18 years of experience working in the insurance industry, both locally and on the mainland. Her experience in Hawaii includes positions at State Farm Insurance and Progressive Casualty. Before joining FICOH, Griffin was the claims manager at John Mullen & Company. During her time there, she served as a subject matter expert on the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) Insurance Adjuster Exam Review Board.

Griffin currently serves as Vice President of the Hawaii Claim Association Board of Directors and previously served as President from 2016-2018.
