Where to Pay Online

We are transitioning to a new system.  Please use this guide to identify where to make a payment and access your policy.

The My Policy portal will be down for maintenance on Saturday, 9/24/22 from 9am to 6pm(HST).

Please take care to pay in the correct portal to prevent your policy from lapsing.

Please note:

  • If your payment does not generate a confirmation number or you receive a "Payment request failed" message, do not process your payment again.  Please call Billing at 808-527-7313 to confirm your payment went through successfully.
  • If your screen freezes after you enter your PIN number, click the back button on your browser and wait a few seconds.  The page should refresh and allow you into My Policy.
If your policy number starts with a 3 letter prefix followed by 1000 (e.g. FPC1000112345), use
