- If your payment does not generate a confirmation number or you receive a "Payment request failed" message, do not process your payment again. Please call Billing at 808-527-7313 to confirm your payment went through successfully.
- If your screen freezes after you enter your PIN number, click the back button on your browser and wait a few seconds. The page should refresh and allow you into My Policy.
