For the ninth consecutive year, First Insurance Company of Hawaii (FICOH) has earned a spot among the nation’s top-performing property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies according to the Ward’s 50® list.

For the past 27 years, the Ward Group has conducted the Ward’s 50 analysis by examining the financial performance of nearly 3,000 P&C insurance companies and 700 health insurance companies nationwide and identifying the industries’ top performers. To be eligible for this honor, a company must pass all safety and consistency screens and must have achieved superior performance over the preceding five-year period in the areas of safety, consistency and financial performance.
