To sign up:

1. Click here or click on the “Pay Online / Log In” button at ficoh.com 
2. Log into your “My Policy” portal account or create one if you haven’t already.
3. Under "My Quick Links" on the right, click on "Delivery Preferences"
4. To the right of "Delivery Preferences and Contact Information," click on the pencil icon to edit
5. Click on the "Yes" radio button under "E-Delivery" and click "Save."

*Contest open to new or current First Insurance Company of Hawaii (FICOH) customers who sign up for e-delivery under their policy delivery preferences between June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Three monthly winners will receive a $100 e-gift card from the retailer chosen by FICOH (email must be provided). Two winners will receive a $500 Amazon e-gift card at the end of the contest period.  Void where prohibited.  Please note, customers with multiple policies will have all policies automatically signed up for e-delivery.
